A friend of mine recently lost 15lbs but stopping drinking diet soda. I have always insisted that drinking anything other than water can not be that good for you. Especially when you add corn syrup and other additives. Below is a link to ABC news discussing a recent study on the negative effects on Diet Soft drinks.
