The best way I deal with stress is I start believing in me, hanging out with friends to start bring back positive energy around me. When something negative starts to comes to my mind or I start to feel a bad mood to kick in. I will stop what I am doing and take a couple of deep breathes and start talking to the man up stairs to help give me the strength to get through this moment and try to start thinking of all the good things that are happening in my life.
