Other Treatments for Ovarian Cancer

Aside from medications, ]]>chemotherapy]]>, ]]>radiation therapy]]>, and surgery, there are no other proven treatments for ]]>ovarian cancer]]> at this time. Many cancer centers are exploring the potential of vaccines and immunotherapies. Ask your doctor if you should consider participating in a clinical trial of any of these treatments. Be skeptical of providers who claim to have greater success than conventional therapies; be especially suspicious of claims to cure ovarian cancer by diets and supplements.
