since 13 years of age i am masturbating.recently since 2 to 3 years i am hypermasturbating 2 times by watching pornography.now i am 36 years. back pain ,neck pain ,urethral pain started.hypertension since 10 years.few years back blood in sperm came out and then later stopped.few years back due to use of sex toys blood came out of anal pore.i am single.waht to do now?
