I am the survivor of a stroke that occurred when I was 33, due a genetic mutation. I had my first daughter at age 37, thanks to the guidance of the wonderful, amazing woman who was my OB and diagnosed the cause of my earlier stroke. My eldest daughter has Mosaic Down syndrome, caused by abnormal cell division in utero, and my youngest has autism and sensory issues/
