I'm 50 yo, on antidepressants and doing very well for 20 years. Started within the last few months having bad nausea, sometimes horrid. Looking for help to resolve that. I've been running 'warm' for a few years now, and have experienced weight gain going steadily upward for the last 4-5 years. I've been out off and on for worker's comp, thought weight gain may be due to that but now I'm thinking otherwise, since I am now more physically active. SO, I'm thinking I'm now going through menopause; my periods are still regular but have changed; actually I am now late with no chance of pregnancy! Looking for some advice on 'natural' solutions, especially to combat the nausea (at this time; definitely for hot flashes if/when they come).
