Trying to create good health habits in the home, we created a book--The Switch Witch and the Magic of Switchcraft--and toy to encourage children to trade their Halloween candy for toys. This is especially valuable to children with allergies, diabetes, or other health issues, so that they can continue to enjoy trick-or-treating and have a purpose for their candy. We're pretty excited about it, and we want to join in the conversation with other moms about healthier living.
