I always had tummy troubles as I was growing up. I never knew that what I was experiencing would lead to a complete life style change as an adult.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, IBS, Intestinal Fissures, and Vitamin Deficient. (which only took about a year to diagnose) Now that I am researching and trying different things to help me I seem to only be hurting myself to the point where I don't want eat or drink anything because of the pains.
All I want to be is normal again, whatever that may be............
