I've had good health for most of my 73 years: no broken bones but a twisted knee cartilage as a teenager and some arthritis. I do have type 2 diabetes, myopia. But I have been bathed in cortisol for the last 1.5 years since my husband confessed to 40 years of philandering and it took this long to get the details I wanted under daily stress and angst. I would consider starting over but for the fact that I am old and he has dementia and I am committed to taking care of him.
