I've always been a healthy person with no medical probelms what so ever, until a few months after delievering my 3rd child. I recently had to go to the ER for symptoms mimicking a heart attack. Very scary feeling. All the tests came back fine only thing they found was my blood pressure was high (165/115), Im 26 btw. I was sent home with a Dx of a panic attack. I followed up with my doctor the next day and he too said my bp was too high so he put me on meds. I've been taking one for a few days now and it doesn't seem to be helping. I still feel my heart beating funny, shortness of breath from time to time, heart feels achy sporadically, left arm goes tingly or nimb slightly....I don't understand! What is wrong with me and why is this happening? I just had a baby and none of these problems existed until shortly after getting an IUD (MIRENA) in place. That was 2 months ago and thinking back thats when I started experiencing this crap. I found a forum of a bunch of women experiencing the same issues on here and it is giving me comfort in knowing that I may not be alone. I'm happy to say tomorrow morming I'm scheduled to get this IUD removed. Fingers crossed that it is the underlying cause for my terrifying symptoms and Dx of hypertension. I will keep everyone updated. Prayers please
