I believe that we were put here on this planet with a job to do. You don't always find it at first, but if you listen carefully it will find you.
For years I worked in the business world and was interested in alternative medicine and organic foods. When my daughter was diagnosed with lyme, then arthritis and the arthritis meds we believed caused her to be dx with Hodgkins I felt as if I needed to learn more about alternative medicine.
I became a clinical herbalist and holistic health practitioner because I was called to do so.
I am a Wellness Expert specializing in helping women take control of their health with the use of simple herbal medicine and wonderful nutrition. My work includes working with women with PMS, menopause and sexual pain; gastrointestinal disorders; stress, and anxiety. I help these women to feel amazing in their bodies and create the health and body image that they always wanted to have.
What I do best is teach simple solutions that provide powerful changes.
