I'm 35, TTC and Celiac or Gluten Sensitive- I've never bothered to verify which because the end result is the same. I just eat gluten free and live my life. I come from a line of women genetically predisposed to auto-immune disorders so I try to stay on top of preventative living strategies so I won't need to deal with pharmaceutical treatment therapies. I believe that we were designed to live in healthy harmony with nature and that we have only lost the knowledge of how to do this because of how packages our foods and activities have become.
