As a psychotherapist, my practice is focused on helping women find balance and clarity in their lives. I learned to find a balance between family traditions and personal goals to gain a comfortable sense of self. I understand that you don’t have to fit into a mold to enjoy relationships and I relate to women seeking confidence and clarity in life. I truly enjoy studying human behavior and learning how we get through our unique paths. My personal interests include traveling, cooking and finding new ways to express creativity, which often finds its way into my practice.
