Dr. Herbert Gretz

Dr. Herbert Gretz is a Clinical Associate Professor and the Director of the Gynecologic Minimally Invasive Surgery Division and Director of the Minimally Invasive Fellowship in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science. Dr Gretz completed his Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Michigan Medical Center. He was an Assistant Professor at the Weill Cornell Medical School and an Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital from 1993 thur 1999. He then joined the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr Gretz is known throughout the New York metropolitan region as a highly skilled surgeon with unique laparoscopic abilities. Dr Gretz oversees the training of residents in obstetric and gynecology, as well as fellows in gynecologic oncology and gynecologic minimally invasive surgery.
