I am suffering from lower back pain recurrently, sometimes it goes more then a month.I am myself a medical student,i need to study hard for my course.For this,i needed to b relax to give more time.Sometimes pain radiate to thighs but very rare.Lower Back pain is the main problem,which is constant even when i am lying,walking,sitting.i am sick of this pain,most of the time pain killers dont work out.So i just wanted to get opinion for myself through you all people.Hope to get good suggestions to kick off this pain out of my back.
