Well lets see six years ago I had an emergency gallbladder removal, followed nine months later by a hysterectomy. I had been sick for about 4 years prior to the surgeries, so when these surgeries were over with I thought my major health issues were over, oh boy was I wrong. About eight months after the surgeries I tore my Achilles tendon on my left foot and spent almost a year in an air cast this never really healed correctly, then I developed tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I was walking twelve miles a week before all this happened and was losing weight feeling really good about myself. Currently I am considered to be morbidly obese, have a triglyceride level over 400, and my thyroid has issues also, on top of that I have arthritis in my feet, knees, shoulders and have developed non diabetic neuropathy. I'm told to exercise more but that is a catch 22 because when I do exercise I'm up all night with leg cramps, I'm told to eat better but literally have no idea how to eat right since it's a habit I never was taught. So I'm here trying to figure out how to do better.
