Escalera

I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 47. I also suffer from Crohn's disease which I had to take prednisone for. Prednisone use can cause osteoporosis. I have not done anything for treatment yet. I'm not sure where to start. I suffer from severe joint pain in my hip, fingers, shoulders, and elbows. Looking for advice.
