I am overweight and have been since I delivered my daughter 27 years ago. I can't use her as an excuse anymore. I started eating and I love food. It was okay when I weighed under 200 pounds. I weigh nearly 270 pounds and my husband as well as my daughter expects me to never be able to lose this weight. I have heard of the apple cider diet and tried it. I felt like I was bloated all the time. I have heard of the "Spleen and Colon Cleaner" where I drank a concoction of 4 ounces orange juice, 2 ounces lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey once a week. I get out of breath walking through the grocery store and I hate exercising where I get laughed at. I need to face reality. I am 54 years old and obese, but thankfully, I am not chronically or morbidly obese. I need someone to help me.
