Friend4Life

Friend for Life is a network of cancer survivors and co-survivors who serve as trained volunteers to provide one-on-one emotional support to others coping with a recent diagnosis of cancer. Facing cancer with someone who's "been there" helps restore a sense of stability, hope and sense of direction through diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
We match callers with a volunteer who has had a similar cancer diagnosis and course of treatment. To the extent possible, we match for age and gender. There is no charge to receive our support. Please let us know if we can be of support to you, or if you'd like to become a volunteer with us!
