Near vagina I got a pimple. I don't know whether it is a pimple or what. It is hard round shaped but I don't have pain over there. What shall I use to get rid of that problem. Please reply asap.

Its been 37 days. But I didn't get my periods. I have drank warm ginger water for all most 5 days and even ate papaya. I have even drank neem juice but I still dint get my period. Can u just say ...
