I am Feeling Great after becoming a member of EmpowHER Family. I am on strict diet of the Recommendation of Our Family Doctor. Also, I love to jogging in the morning, I always do prayer, I can cook as well.

I always try to stay Fit and Fine because I always want to look gorgeous and well-maintained in front of People. I always believe that " She who has heath, has hope ; and she who has hope; has every thing.

Hence, I have a message for all the women in the glob that "Take care of your body . Its the only place You have to live in.
