I'm a very healthy midlife woman with a small business and aspirations to live with vibrancy my entire life! My challenges include weight management, bone health and cardiovascular strength.
I am very involved in helping my parents navigate their 70's with the highest level of wellbeing and quality of life. They inspire me, as they ride their bikes 20-30 miles a day three days a week.
Currently, I am on the corporate leadership board for my region's Go Red for Women organization, host my own on-line radio show and am a competitive rower on the women's team at our local crew club. I enjoy cross training with spinning, rowing, yoga and biking.
I am married and have 7 nieces and nephews and a cute adorable cockapoo puppy named Lucy.
