I am a 47 yr old retired business owner and single mother of one. I have had 3 lower spinal fusion surgeries L5--S1 with bone graft from left hip x2 (2002, 2004 & 2012). I have also had 2 upper fusion surgeries C4-C-7 ( 2009 & 2014) I have also had left shoulder surgery( 2015) and Breast augmentation surgery (1988 ). I have been diagnosed with adhd, sympathetic nerve pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis,chronic pain, anxiety, and I'm sure there's a few more I can't remember off hand. I'm truly blessed to have had some amazing doctors and surgeons along the way, also some horrible ones. Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas, Dr Hawkins ( shoulder) and Dr. Timothy McHenry ( spine) are my heros and gave me hope when there was none and gave me back quality of life.
