The last three years have been incredibly valuable learning experiences for health, wellness and mindfulness, both personally and professionally. My family is more than familiar with challenges so we've been fighting cancer, stress, mental health and proper nutrition head-on. It hasn't been easy. Luckily, we've stuck together and we're all hopeful for continued happy, healthy lives; but, through this ongoing healing process any qualified help is appreciated.
