Basically good health but overweight since high school. Weight went up with each kid (of which I have 3). I'm smart enough to know what I do wrong, food/exercise-wise, but too lazy to make the effort. Recently found out my cholesterol is high, which is double bad since heart disease runs in my family (father's side). So here I am, almost 40, and finally trying to change my eating habits and adding in exercise.
