My health is good and I want to improve it. I'm 65 and am carrying around 50 pounds too much. I've tried all kinds of "diets" and it the last six months have realized that eating "clean" and unprocessed is best for me. I've lost 30 pounds (that have stayed off), and am now moving toward a plant-based style of eating completely - Forks Over Knives inspired.
