have had a weight problem all my life, now have diabetes, high bp and high cholosterol..have recently gone on low carb,low gluten eating program and started walking . since april 1,2013 i have lost 16 lbs and am starting to feel good , instead of tired and achy all the time. i also cut out all diet drinks and artifical sweetners, i only use honey for sweetner and drink water coffee and tea//i use to live on diet drinks and my joints hurt all the time
