I had a hysterectomy in 2012 for suspected adenomyosis. After years of pain and near constant bleeding I felt relieved that I might have an answer. Unfortunately testing after hysterectomy showed no adenomyosis and now I live with constant abdominal pain.
Lately I have had widespread outbreaks of petechiae (normal cbc), flank pain. I'm on 2 meds, and a low carb low sodium diet to manage blood pressure.
Wondering if anyone knows what can cause your t4 to be low, and thyroid peroxidase antibodies to be present with a normal tsh. My dr was pretty vague, he just started me on levothyroxine.
