been on cpap for 20years and experiencing areofacial for the last 4 years.It has caused acid reflux ,exterme bloating,and screwed up bowle movements.A user on another site said he lowered the heat level by one notch from 3 to 2 and it helped. So I tried it and it did help quite a bit. It took about 2 weeks to feel the difference,but much less bloating ,acid reflux seems under control and bowel movements are back to normal.Dont know the reason,but it worked.Hope this helps out for other people.
