It's frightening how much sugar we consume and the negative impact it has on our wellbeing: weight gain, mood swings, fatique etc which can all be drastically helped if we remove sugar from our diet.

For a women the sugar intake daily is five teaspoons. For men are 9. If you have good will power and trying to control yourself by having only 5 teaspoons daily is normal. Sugar is what causes cavities as well and having cavities can make you have the risk of diabetes. The less sugar you have the better is.
