Determine at a Glance the Number of Calories per Portion for Every Meal

You need to be able to tell, just by looking at a plate or a serving, how many calories are involved. This habit can be developed in one or two days with a simple calorie table. It's that easy. Once you're able to do this, it becomes very difficult for you to overeat because you know what you’re putting into your body, and you won't be able to kid yourself anymore. This step is critical and it will save you all kinds of unnecessary effort in the long run.
