Everyone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has experienced post exertional malaise. Post exertional malaise is a delayed reaction to activity that may not hit until a day or two later. But when it hits its effects are far out of proportion to the level of activity that triggered it.

It seems that the pH levels for those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome tend to be too acidic for good health. Eating an alkalizing diet may make a significant difference for CFS sufferers in their experience of post exertional malaise.

Celery and green salads are alkalizing. Pure alkaline water is a good choice. Green powder drinks with their alkaline salts can neutralize acids in the blood and tissues. They offer nutrients that are easily absorbed by the body.
