Michelle King Robson will be a guest on “The Chat Room” a Phoenix-based television show on Friday, Feb. 13.

Michelle will discuss heart health, stress, hormones and women’s health and how she keeps her heart healthy while coping with stress as a wife, mother, entrepreneur and community volunteer.

“The Chat Room” airs from 11 to 11:30 a.m. weekdays on AZ-TV (KAZT, Channel 7/Cable 13). Helen Gibson hosts the show and is a third-generation Arizonan and unconventional single mother of three. Formerly a classic rock disk jockey, Helen retired her headphones to join “The Chat Room” sharing her years of experience in the Valley.
