Tylenol, Motrin and St. Joseph's aspirin have all been recalled by Johnson & Johnson because of a sickening odor. This is their second recall in a matter of a few weeks that has been prompted by a bad smell. And in November of 2009, Tylenol Arthritis Caplets had to be recalled, again due to smell.

Children's Motrin, Motrin IB, children's Tylenol, eigh-hour Tylenol, regular Tylenol, extra-strength Tylenol, Tylenol arthritis, Tylenol PM, Simply Sleep, Benadryl, Rolaids and St. Joseph aspirin, including caplet and geltabs, are all part of the recall from many countries around the world.

This has been a bad week for image for Johnson & Johnson. On Friday, they were in court because of charges that they had paid nursing homes kickbacks for dispensing a schizophrenia medication.

"The government's complaint states that J&J gave special rebates to Omnicare Inc., the country's biggest dispenser of prescription drugs to nursing homes, in return for recommendations from its pharmacists that patients be given Risperdal, in many cases when it was inappropriate."
