Had a bad Friday night due to traveling lol KFC chips and 4 wings. Then Saturday was ok back to diet. Sunday I had a run so ate all the cokes fruits etc along the race. Got homemade oats and a cup of coffee. Then ate the snack from the plane. Got home and had oats and eggs and tea. Slept.. wordle
Monday morning weight was 94.4kg then 93.7kg so not sure which is which. Friday morning weight was 94.4kg. not so bad for a bad weekend
