I also like C the best. I could go either way on the color....either A or C, however A does have a lot more punch and would be easier to spot in a crowd.
I like C, because I think the square sets off the "HER" more, but I like the color in A because it's bolder and has the shadow behind it. Thanks for asking us!
I'm with Shana.... I think you could use the colors from logo "A" for logo "C". The color strengthens the logo. For me, the third logo shows strength. It's crisp and clean.
Of course, we all know, I have very strong opinions when it comes to EmpowHER's logo. This logo will represent strength in numbers for women around the world.

I actually don't like the all caps HER...I prefer EmpowHer for the name, and the graphical treatments all are good, but B is my favorite.
