First, the good news: I've lost about 45 pounds since last Spring.
Now, the bad news: Mother Nature has a cheeky sense of humor at times.
While I'm pretty darn proud of my weight loss efforts and have been enjoying most of the smaller parts that are showing up in the mirror these days, I have to say that I'm not so excited that I've also obviously slimmed down in the breast area.
I know that this is an area that is naturally fat-filled and so if you lose weight, the weight will come off of any and all fatty areas, but I was sort of hoping Mother Nature would just skip over the "girls" and stick to my patoot, hips, and thighs. No such luck.
I confess I feel like a 6th grade girl again, wanting to do that "I must, I must, I must increase my bust" exercise that we all did religiously but to no avail. I'm really not into having breast augmentation surgery, due to the cost and because I just can't justify it at this point of my life. But I do wish I was a bit fuller yet on top!
So, I thought I'd throw the question out to all of you wise people and see if anyone knows of anything that will actually work to increase breast size or have any other ideas for me...I'm not quite done with my weight loss goal so I suspect I'll continue to see more of this situation as time goes on.
