Hello everyone, I read this article tonight online, and it's pretty interesting and concerning all at once. When I first saw the headline I figured it would be just about how women's health tends to go downhill once we hit 40, but the article is really much more involved than that. Here is the link:

Reading through the story, it was interesting the way they compared the women over 40 to the men over 40, and how women tend to have more issues sooner. I thought the "time hunger" explanation was really something to make us all think. I sure have had this issue in my life--I still do and I suspect I always will. But for a study to pinpoint this as something tangible that will affect our health, that really got to me.
It got me thinking about what we can all do differently as women to make sure this issue does not affect us. And to why we end up doing so darn much around the house, etc., and don't make sure others pull their weight too.
What do you think of this study and its findings? Do you think you also suffer from "time hunger"? If so, have you done anything to make it better?
