95% of the time i wake up with a backache. i have a feeling it's my bed but i can't afford another one. not a real good one tho. there about 500 and up. is there a exercise i can do to help the ache? it hurt's mainly in the middle and up. i don't sleep good cause of that either. or is there another way of getting rid of it in the morning's or something i can do to put on my bed that i could actually sleep and not get up with a back ache???? i have tried some of those home foam thing's that go on your bed and that didn't work either.
