I am a runner and log about 25 miles a week running. The pain is between my pinky toe and heel. It feels like the pain is on a bone on the outside bottom. I've been having numbness on my toes when running that seems to bring this pain on. The numbness begins after about 3 miles of running. I usually stop to remove my sneakers and lossen my toes with a little stretching and the numbness goes away for about 2 miles. But, the pain at the bottom of the foot does not go away. Any advice?
