I weigh around 208, at around 5'7", but even doctors think I look totally healthy, if only slightly overweight. When someone looks at my weight, they're like "OMG, how do you weight that?!" I know I need to be around 155 to be healthy, but why do I look like I weigh that when I don't?
In the time I've been at my mom's, I've lost about 12 pounds, in only just less than a month, and I have no health problems as of yet with my weight. I have a breathing condition from being around cigarette smoke all my life, and back pain from excessive cleavage, but that's all.
I'm not as active as I should be, but when I physically exert myself, I'm just as athletic as someone who's active way more than me. I don't understand how I weigh so much, but only wear a size 11 (which is a junior's size, apparently). I wear medium T-shirts. I just wanna understand. Help!
