Hey, I am 19 years old and am looking to lose about 20 pounds. I have tried eating healthy and working out but never seem to get anywhere, I always end up eating out or eating something unthealthy at home. My friend did the HCG injections and lost about 10 pounds. I was looking at doing the sublingual HCG drops. I was wondering am I too young to do the HCG since it is a hormone that is produced during pregnancy? Also is 500 calories way too low, will it cause any side-effects? If you have any information or comments I would love to hear them!
