I would like to know if I take a over the counter product like Estroven, how long should I use it for?
I can't afford the doctor bills to go see a doctor in the area and I have had my hot flashes and night sweats for a good 8 months now, the sleep distrubances are the worst. I am a diabetic type 2, since August, but I have it under control now. Any advice on over the counter products I would appreciate.
