I am very fit and healthy but I want to look HOT for the holidays so I need advice on how to drop 10 pounds in a fairly healthy way for the holidays. I especially want to tighten and tone my abs. I am well on my way as I am a good workout person.
I work out about 3 times a week and hike 6 days a week. I just need a push and ideas to do more.
I eat well; I juice, eat lots of raw veg and fruit, no meat, dairy and LOVE tofu! LOL
So... don't want any telling off! i jsut want to know how to "fit up" in a couple weeks and am NOT interested in any types of pill or Hollywood diet but lots of exercise and good eating! Thanks!
