This is my situation:
I last got my period on December 10th. It was normal, I had it for a couple of days (believe it was at least 5, probably 6 days), went through tampons. The month prior to getting the period, I had sex once (and there's a chance it was within the week after finishing my second to last period) + it was protected and nothing went wrong (not on birth control though). I'm now a week late this month - took a test two days ago (negative) and this morning (negative). No symptoms whatsoever, no soreness/discharge/fatigue, etc. But I am generally very regular. Usually every 28/29 days (sometimes the range is 28-32). I'm in my mid-twenties.
I know that being pregnant is highly unlikely on these facts. It also has to be at least 5-6 weeks from "possible conception." But any thoughts? I'd like some peace of mind before I delay my period further or miss it completely due to stress.
