The first day of my period was January 31st, it was 2-3 days earlier than normal but it lasted the usual number of days with the usual lots of cramping on the first day. On the 4th day of bleeding I had sex with my partner using a male condom. It snapped a small hole on the side but not on the tip and he immediately pulled out. He had not ejaculated but precum is possible. I took my first Yasmin birth control pill of the month but decided to discontinue. I came down with what I think is my first yeast infection on day 6 of my new cycle(I really think it is a yeast infection, the cottage cheese discharge really gives it away). Have been treating with a tampon soaked in oil and a little tea tree oil until I can get to doctor for diagnosis. On day 10 of my new cycle I pulled out the tampon I had in all night to discover faint but distinct darkish/redish tint to the discharge on one side of it(6-7 days between sex and blood). I am quite frightened, could it be implantation bleeding? My cycle is usually 36-37 days, could I have ovulated 4-5 days into my new cycle when I was still bleeding? Could it be the fault of the yeast infection? Could it be the fault of the tea tree oil???
