Is cervical cancer in any way linked to thyroid cancer ?

I had follicular thyroid cancer in 2007 had total thyroidectomy and radio active iodene treatment and given all clear. I now have been called in because my cervical smear results are a concern and need more investergation. Is there any link between the two cancers.
