how to control bladder after prostate surgery

Jan. 25 ,2010 had psostate surgey(robatic). I am still experiencing problems with incontience. What other direction do I need to go tp resolve this major problem. Are there new medications on the market?
I have been performing Kegal excerises daily. I use about 6 protective pads daily.
