Dr. Robert Wollman felt drawn to cancer patients during his third year in medical school, when he first began to spend time with patients rather than books. He has always felt that the fight against cancer was the highest of all stakes in medicine.
This became and has remained his primary interest. Since medical school he has progressed into the physics and technology aspects of treating cancer, in the form of radiation therapy.
