My blood pressure has been high for months now and my doctor wants me to go on a third medication. I am not happy taking so many meds. How can i control my blood pressure naturally. I know weight loss and exercise is important but i have bad rheumatoid arthritis and have been told not to exercise at present until the flareup settles down.
I have a friend who told me to try watermelon everyday. Haven't started yet but will. Any other ideas. My dad swore by garlic. He had excellent blood pressure but it may have been heredetiry. on my mother's side all the females had high blood pressure.
